Fill out the enquiry form or drop us an email. We'll come back to you within 2 business days with a proposal that actually makes sense for your business.2 Sign the agreement & lock in your spot
A 50% deposit confirms your start date and means we can hit the ground running. For the Canva Kit, it's 100% upfront — it's a one-off project and keeps things clean.
3 Tell us everything in your brief
We'll send you a simple onboarding brief — your brand, your people, your tone. It takes about 20 minutes and makes all the difference to what we create.
4 We get to work
Content is delivered to your shared folder within 2 business days. You review, request any tweaks (one round included) and it's yours.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
A little from you goes a long way.
To create content that genuinely sounds and feels like you, we ask every new client to share a few things before we start. Nothing complicated, just the good stuff.
Your logo & brand files
PNG with a transparent background is ideal. Any existing brand assets are welcome — even a mood board helps.
Your colours & fonts
Hex codes if you have them. No brand guide yet? That's okay — we'll help you nail it down as part of the process.
Your completed content brief
Goals, audience, tone, key messages and anything you'd rather we steer clear of. The more honest, the better.
A signed client agreement
We'll send this digitally once your enquiry is confirmed. Straightforward, transparent and takes about 2 minutes.
